About Fuhang Soy Milk 阜杭豆漿
More Than 60 Years in Business. Fuhang Soy Milk was founded in 1958 and has won the Michelin Bib Gourmand recommendation. It always attracts many tourists and locals to eat breakfast every day. The queue extends from the stairs to the outside of the building and then to the MRT exit. This has become a unique landscape of Fuhang Soy Milk every morning.
The food court has plenty of space to sit and eat so you can start your day with a delicious breakfast.
How Long to Wait?
Long queue as always, even on a weekday morning. When you get there, the queue is already round the building.
My personal experience
Weekday: about 25-40 mins queuing for the order.
Weekend: about 40-70 mins queuing for the order.
Long Holidays: may require a wait of up to 2 hours.
Is it worth the wait?
The food tastes good but if you don’t have the patience to wait and queue, don’t go there.
How to Order
It is cash only. Their employees want to get the line moving faster as quickly as possible, so I recommend checking the menu in advance. The line will move faster if everyone knows what you want before it’s your turn to order. Their employees is very efficient.
They have three steps to complete the customer’s order. The first employee is responsible for taking your drink orders, the second employee is responsible for taking your food orders, and the third employee is responsible for taking your payments. Also, they get a lot of foreign customers so their employees who take orders can speak enough English, Japanese and Korean. You can tell them the number you want off the menu with no problem.

Opening hours: 05:30-12:30 (Close early after selling out) (Closed Mondays).
The Best Time to Visit
You should definitely come here on weekdays because most locals have to go to work.
